By accessing or using ePUBLISH INDIA, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from them. If you use the portal for an institution or organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to act for it.

The platform

ePUBLISH INDIA aggregates and provides discovery and access services for journals, articles, books, and related scholarly content supplied by participating publishers. Availability, bibliographic details, access conditions, and publication decisions remain subject to the responsible publisher's records and policies.

Accounts and security

• Provide accurate and current registration information.
• Keep credentials confidential and do not share an individual account unless the subscription expressly permits it.
• Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorised access.
• Accept responsibility for activity performed through your account where permitted by law.

Permitted use

You may search, view, purchase, download, and use content only within the licence, subscription, copyright notice, or open-access terms displayed for that content. Access does not transfer ownership or intellectual-property rights.

Prohibited use

• Systematic or automated downloading, scraping, harvesting, or redistribution without written permission.
• Circumventing access controls, security measures, usage limits, or payment requirements.
• Sharing restricted files or credentials beyond an authorised subscription.
• Uploading malicious code, disrupting the service, impersonating another person, or using the portal unlawfully.

Orders, prices, and access

Prices, taxes, access periods, and licence conditions are shown during checkout. An order is complete only after payment confirmation. Access may be delayed while a payment is verified or may be withdrawn if a transaction is reversed, fraudulent, or unauthorised. Refund requests are handled under the Refund Policy.

Publisher content

Publishers and authors are responsible for the scholarly content and metadata they provide. ePUBLISH INDIA does not replace editorial peer review and does not guarantee that every item is error-free, suitable for a particular purpose, or continuously available. Corrections and retractions may be issued by the responsible journal or publisher.

Intellectual property

The portal software, interface, branding, and platform materials are owned by or licensed to ePUBLISH INDIA. Scholarly works remain protected by the copyright and licence terms identified with each work. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Availability and liability

We work to maintain reliable access but may suspend or change services for maintenance, security, legal, publisher, or operational reasons. To the extent permitted by law, the portal is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, and liability is limited to losses that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Suspension, changes, and governing law

We may restrict accounts or access for breach, security risk, non-payment, or unlawful activity. These terms may be updated by posting a revised version. They are governed by applicable laws of India, and disputes will be subject to the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
